nope.... sure i got mine out of TOSEC.... i suspect its just a bad crack.

give me 5 mins i'll have a look on the PSP and check it... though i may have renamed it!
these are the ADFs i'm using on pspuae 0.51 - and they work fine:

Sensible World of Soccer 96-97 (1996)(Renegade)[cr HF](Disk 1 of 2)[a2].adf
Sensible World of Soccer 96-97 (1996)(Renegade)[cr HF](Disk 2 of 2).adf

got em out of TOSEC 0.27 i think - but you can find them on this link here

be warned! even without sound and some frameskip on... its not exactly "smooth"! but it *is* playable

hmm... i know i *did* have it running.... maybe i deleted my workng ADFs and left the f**ked ones on by misttake!

i will have to get back to you on this one!

- edit -- is there some kind of auto-merge thing on this foum??

right... the "type" thing is just stupidity on the part of the crackers.

just got it running...

chipset OCS (i think this may be the most important thing)
kickstart 3.0 (may just need anything from 2.0 upwards - to fix the "type" bug)
chip 512k
fast 1 meg (may work with less)

thats it!

err....

if you get the whole bunch.... and they are clearly labelled what machine they come from.....

kick 1.0 - theres only the one
1.1 - go PAL
1.2 - go a500
1.3 - go a500
2.0 - i use 2.06 - the a600+HD one
3.0 - a1200
3.1 - mine on pspuae doesnt work - so i'm gonna guess i used the a1200 one and should instead use the a4000 rev40.70 one

Why 2.06? KiCKROM 1.3 had HD support, The A590 bless it 20 Megs and it was like a house birck, lol.

hmmm... thanks to this thread i stayed up far too late last night playing SWOS on the psp!!

without sound it runs really really well now with just frameskip 2..... this is definately an improvement over pspuae 0.41.1 where it required frameskip 4.

it averages 47-49 FPS - which is better than how it often is playing it online!!

if only it could run like that with sound....

for those dying to play swos on psp, try the snes-rom (and snes emu). This works 100%.
Some amiga games are on snes too. Like Chaos Engine and Gods or even soccer kid.
But i personally can't wait to start up alien breed or moonstone.

if i wanted to play Sensible Soccer - for a start i'd play the MegaDrive version on DGen rather than the snes version, but the fact is Sensible World of Soccer *never* appeared on any consoles, is in its purest form on the Amiga, and is a far better game than plain-old Sensi.

oh Amiga Sensi / SWOS only require one button too... unlike those poor console imitations!

Good grief, don't even start me on how bad the Megadrive version of Sensi is, talk about a game that was dumbed down.
