how to make parallax scrolling ?

Dear Friends:
I just played shadow of the beast 1 on my
amiga 2000. How hard is to make the dual screen and parallax with amospro ? To
make a game like shadow of the beast.
Is it hard, easy or possible ?
Please help !!!!

It's certainly possible.  See this example on the Aminet.  It works around a bug in AmosPro that is fixed in the version of Amos.library attached to this thread.  Amiten is trying something similar in this thread so maybe you two could team up!

dear amigos:
I cannot transfer files from my amiga to my pc desktop and internet, so I do not think
I will be able to 'team up' on this. But maybe we can 'share'our work and 'code'and learn
from each other how to better make parallax and dual screen scrolling.
I would share my code and everything I learn so we can all learn from it.

Hello rednova,

What amiga you have? 1200? 2000? 600? 500?

Team up for a parallax game? I want to start a Rubicon Clone but shadow of the beast is my favorite game ever i see to complex to clone any way check my thread of parallax routine and for me no problem to team up.

Dear Amiten:
I use an amiga 2000 with 2mb ram.
I would team up if possible, but I am afraid my help won't mean much.But i really would like to try a parallax dual screen scrolling game.

Have a Look on Rubicon Amiga Game http://youtu.be/abEy7cThjFQ this I think its a good Start point to make a Parallax Game without much effors.

and what is your  talent or skill in what area you think you can help in this hypothetical Team Up.
